I'm Emily Rodrigue, an Art Director / Graphic Designer located in Brookfield, Massachusetts.
Honey solstice is a passion project of mine – a collection of functional ceramic vessels that make the world just a little bit cuter… and definitely a little weirder.
My professional career is as a graphic designer, living in the world of grids, layout, and rules. Working with clay helps me relax my mind and think a little differently than I'm used to.
Most of my pieces will be wheel-thrown with hand-building incorporated to create fun, whimsical, & extraordinarily cute oddities. Who doesn't need a vase with a tongue coming out of it?...
